I highly recommend Bill. As a first time home-buyer I had no idea what to expect and was honestly somewhat nervous about buying a house. All of that apprehension had faded within the first hour that my girlfriend and I met with him. He is very experienced, and it really shows in his work. Contrary to the stereotypical realtor I was expecting, Bill pointed out several things at each house that could cause problems or drive down resale value. He really wants to sell you a home that you'll be happy in, and with all of his knowledge and experience in the business I am sure all of his clients are as satisfied as we are. Not only did Bill get us a house that we love, his negotiation skills gave him the ability to knock thousands off of our portion of the contract. I knew he was on our side right away. We told him on a Sunday afternoon that we would like to put in an offer; he spent the rest of the day working and sent us a contract at 10:45 that night. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, and continues to offer advice after the closing. If we are ever in the market for a house in the future, Bill will be the first person we call.
