I also just read the negative review of Dr. Marks, and all the negative feedback I read is the opposite of what we've experienced and we've had our share of dental problems with our boys over the course of 10 years. Perhaps he was having a bad day? But I can't imagine it would be that bad. From a gum lesion, absyssed tooth to crooked teeth which have self corrected thanks to the advice of Dr. Marks who has a "wait and see" approach to problems. And through the problems we've waited through he has been awesome about checking up on a regular basis to make sure the problems will actually self correct. Staff and waiting room are also great. Can't speak more highly of Dr. Marks, and I am pretty particular.
