I have used A Fresh Look Carpet Cleaning twice, and both times I was extremely happy. The second time I was even happier because I finally got to meet the face of the company, LARRY! ahahaha, he is so much fun and so very kind. He is just one of those kinds of ppl that you feel you've known forever and that you feel grateful to have met afterwards, just a bright and cheery soul! He had my cheeks hurting and my ribs hurting after he left, because we were being so silly and happy, and laughing. The guys that came with him were all very kind and funny too. They did an beautiful job. I love my carpets so much now that I don't even want to walk on them because I don't want to mess one fiber up! They got these horrible makeup stains out of my carpet and a bunch of other yucky pet stains. My home smells so fresh and new. They sucked all the gunk straight out and it didn't even take long at all. As long as I live in this state, I'll never go to anyone else! :)
