I had the worst experience of my life at Zorba's I mean don't get me wrong, the food was delicious but the service sucked!!! First, I had to find someone to take my drink order and then I had to find someone to take my food order. My waitress acted as though she was afraid to speak english. I was not offered specials, appetizers, or salads. The waitress was so soft spoken that it was like pulling teeth to get descriptions of any entree. My drink was empty and I had to go to the kitchen to ask for a refill. To top my whole dinner off, when one of the waitresses decided to bring the bill, I discovered that I was charged $4.00 for a kids meal and an additional $3.00 dollars for a kids drink!!! I could not believe that a kids meals would total $7.00!! Then when I brought my concerns to the manager she just looked at the reciept and pushed her glasses up higher on her nose. I said that for $3.00 my daughter should have received an adult drink. She replied by saying that that drink was adult sized and pointed over to the cup with smiley faces on it with a red straw that was sitting on my table!!! I believe her hair was so dry and her ponytail was too tight for her to understand anything!! I thanked her for the horrible service and was on my way!!!
