After trying to make appointments for our bridal party, with back and forth emails and phone conversations, Wendy, the wedding coordinator at Popmadours in Boulder decided that ""it was just too confusing and taking way too much time."" Her solution to this was to send an email indicating that our bridal party would be ""better served"" at another salon and promptly, without any warning, cancelled all appointments that had been tentatively set for the wedding day. I spoke with both owners but sadly their customer service approach appears to sync with Wendy's...if you ask too many questions and need extra attention on scheduling (as living out-of-state can bring about!) Pompadour's solution is not to try to come to a reasonable resolution but to, instead, cancel your appointment. Unbelievable, but true.
Pros: Aveda Products/location
Cons: Wedding coordinator/scheduler. Lack of customer service.
