Mr. Levine's office helped me change my student visa to an H-1B work visa when immigration was claiming my job was not a qualifying occupation. He responded to the request for evidence and my work visa got approved. His office also filed my paperwork for my greencard through my employer and the labor certification got approved. I am just waiting for a visa number but my experience with Mr. Levine and his office staff has been great. I would recommend him to others who need a great immigration lawyer.
