Wow, horrible experience ever! I live in Madera and came clear across town to go there early Tuesday because they have service for trucks. But the moment I walked in, there was one lady who did not even look at me she just sat there by the window staring at her computer laughing, I had to cough to get her attention when she was sitting just 5 feet from me. I think that ladys name was Susan she told me to wait until the other girl comes back to have her help me. The young lady with her chest hanging out of her shirt came into the office and helped me. She was nice at first but then when I got the bill there were charges that I did not even request. Tires were put on but the wrong size so I questioned the bill, and she got real mad and said go talk to Steve with an attitude without even letting me try to explain anything. Who's Steve? The old lady snapped and said last office on your left then they giggled. There was a line of complainers about their bill and the workers were making fun of my nationalty - Punjab, and I had a load to deliver. At the end I got what I actually came for with much arguement and a lot of attitude like it was my fault they messed up. I did not even recieve a discount, Steve just gave me a ""free"" rear alighment when everything was fine to begin with so it really wasnt free. The prices are not far off of others in the area and with the service they give and quality of work they do and the boss tries to hide I cannot do business with a company like this. Dont go there I wouldn't ever again. Now I go to Central Valley Truck Center (CTVC) their great or Fresno Truck Center.
