Review content:
I had a leak, so I had to cut out some dry wall and I discovered evidence of termites. I heard an ad for Pacific Coast Termites on the radio, and they said they have a triple A rating with the Better Business Bureau, so I gave them a call.
The inspector went around the perimeter of the property and was waiting for me to get home from work even though I was late. I thought that was cool. He gave me a full estimate, explained what was going to be done, and he offered me some other options that I declined.
The two service technicians showed up right on time. They worked in pouring rain but didn't complain. They wiped their feet every time. They hosed down the front porch from having to drill though the concrete. It doesn't get any better than that. I am in the construction business, so I am a picky customer. I stayed out of their way, but I like to see what is going on and I was very impressed.
I have recommended Pacific Coast Termite to everybody.
