Review content:
We decided to use Pacific Coast Termite because it was cheaper than getting our house tented and 100-percent more convenient. The prospect of tenting is so awful in terms of what you have to do with your food and plants. We had heard a lot about orange oil treatment on the radio and liked the fact that we did not have to leave the house while Pacific Coast Termite did the work.
Everyone we dealt with, from the owner and inspector to the people who treated the house, was far above the caliber of your average workers. The inspector who came out was very thorough, much more so than the tenting people. He also was informative, helpful, and pleasant.
The 2 guys who did the work were 2 of the most polite, clean, and decent workers I have ever had in the house. They put everything back exactly as it was and cleaned up well afterward. Also, we had just gotten new carpets and they wore protective covering on their shoes the entire time. They did not create a mess.
It has been 2 weeks since Pacific Coast Termite treated the house and we have not seen any sign of termites. Not only was it less expensive than tenting but they gave us a better warranty as well.
