I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of the job Pacific Coast Termite did.
As a homeowner, I felt that treating my home for termites was an important thing to do. I heard about Pacific Coast Termite from a friend who had used them to treat her house.
I was extremely happy with the service. It was a fair expense, from the price they quoted to the job that was done and the time involved.
One thing that was very impressive was their customer service, especially when it came to treating my garage. They found strong evidence of termites in the attic part of the garage. In order to spray up there, they had to get up on a ladder and remove some shelving as well as several things I had stored up there.
The young man who came out to do the job did exactly what he said he would. With the help of another worker, he took all of the necessary things down and put them all back when the job was done. I appreciated this because I was not going to be able to climb up on the ladder and do that myself.
All of my communication with Pacific Coast Termite was direct. The bosses should be commended for building a company that is so customer-oriented. Everyone was cooperative and willing to take care of my needs. They answered all of my questions.
Another positive aspect is the orange oil that they use for the treatment. It is not an undesirable fragrance, so it makes the experience even more positive.
I would definitely recommend Pacific Coast Termite -- without question.
