I moved from another state. When I spoke to the office staff, I trusted the managers ""honesty"" when she told me my apartment would be new-er and that the pictures on the website were reflective of the apartment that I would be moving in to. I paid my deposit so that when I moved across the country that I could move directly into my apartment. Needless to say, I was ready to cry when I arrived to move in at 8pm with two tired children and a gold fish. The apartment wasn't nearly as clean as one would expect. There is NOT a chandelier in ANY apartment unless YOU pay for it or the previous tenant had one installed and didn't take it with them. My unit did NOT have new toilets, in fact they were dirty!! My stove was disguisting, the grout in the kitchen was and still is horribly dirty after 2 months of staying here. The laundry room that they show on the first floor in the main building is clean, the other's don't get the same attention. The apartment is spacious but poorly maintained. I was shocked at the lack of urgency to correct the issues. I am looking to move when my lease is up and it's sad because the complex has great potential. The district manager doesn't care either. I called him and 7 weeks later, I am still waiting for a returned call. Oh and the rating of 1 star was a requirement.
