Review content:
Stuart Services installed our new HVAC system in August 2008. It was the peak of summer and they came out promptly on a Sunday morning when our system had failed overnight. They provided us with window units to cool our home during the time that we waited for delivery and installation of the new system. The two technicians who handled the installation were in uniform and arrived promptly. They were very conscious of keeping their work areas tidy and cleaned throughout the installation process. They let me know each step of the way what was happening and why they were doing certain tasks. Following the installation, a reviewer came out to make sure that the installation was done properly. Improvements were made to the drain line based on the reviewer's findings. I do recommend Stuart Services and will use them in the future for electrical and plumbing needs in my home.
