I had a tree fall on my house, while the repairs were inwork the contractor I hired found the vents that exhaust my 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and the fresh air exhaust fan were screwed into the roof sheeting with no holes to the outside. Stanbrooke built our house 20 months ago, the exhaust from the exhaust fan had caused enough damage that we had to replace several sections of the roof. We are thankful that the tree fell on our house, possible damage that could have been was unbeleivable, the mold and dry rought could have been in there along time before it was discovered. Stanbrooke is solely responsible. Get the word out or email me for more problem I have and had with them. They do not honor their warrenty!!!!
