They broke my desk and damaged other property. Their men (whom I tipped very well) told me ""oh, call the boss on monday, he will take care of you.""
Good cop, bad cop situation until they're out the door. Then I call the boss on monday and guess what he tells me. He doesn't have time to deal with us. he can only pay 30 cents a pound.
Then my wife, who is the nicest person on earth, insisted on calling herself since she found them online and they were so rude to her beyond belief.
I don't know who wrote all these reviews but certainly not real customers! Be aware. SOME ADVICE FOR YOU:
- They will take forever and pack everything to an unreasonable degree. but if they break your stuff when they throw them around in the truck or warehouse they won't pay you a dime unless you've bought insurance. So buy insurance and tell them not to spend 2 hours of your time on packing on a 3 hour move and charge you for it.
- Don't sign anything up front because they will rush you with all the paperwork even before you even see your property intact. Wait and see! Apparently a box fell on my desk in storage and chopped it in two?!?
