Review content:
We stayed here for the weekend of the St Patty's Day parade and celebration. This is an older hotel but still shows it's elegance and class. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was a little dated with the furniture but clean and has luxury linens and a comfortable bed! The bathroom has lots of tile and marble. I think people have given this hotel a bad rap because of it's age. However if you can appreciate the elegance of a historic hotel you will find it charming and lovely. This isn't a trendy hotel and ultra modern chic. And it was packed for the weekend we were there. There was a great pub downstairs and a beautiful lobby. The price is great for downtown Chicago and the location is right on Michigan Ave and in walking distance to everything. I'd stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
