Review content:
Before I had Work done I always ask around. I was really conserned of doing business with this company after reading the review left by bill smith37. I went to the local gas station in jville ask where to take my car. He gave me 2 different people to see. The first place wanted to sell me a transmisson they buy form the dealership they would install and charge me about 2700 dollars. I felt alittle funny about their wanting to buy a transmission from the dealership. I might as well go there and get my durango fixed by them. I called and got a estimate from my dodge dealer quoting 2900 dollars. The last on my list was Petes know now I should have gone there first. I talk to jim he ask me some questions. I told him it would not shift. I have towing insurance so we decided its best to tow it than drive it. I came to the shop with my durango and the tow truck driver. The driver was very nice and didnot have any bad commits about petes. I met Jim his mechancis checked out my ride he gave me a quote of 2600.00 dollars and said before we sell you a transmission lets check out things first. They gave me aride home and next day Jim called with some good news. Seems like the altinator was bad causing my transmission not to shift. So he charged me 285.00 for testing and installing a new altinator and service the transmission. SO COOL MY DURANGO GOT FIXED FOR UNDER 300.00 I AM VERY HAPPY I WENT TO PETES........ THANKS JIM I WILL SEND YOU ALL MY FRIENDS
