I attended a reception showcasing the private Trophy Room?s new menus and it was more amazing then I could have imagined. Most of these types of events pass a few appetizers around and that?s if you?re lucky to get near the server. But this event had a seafood station, carving station, platters of international foods, passed appetizers including steak, and fabulous wine and drinks! The ambiance of the room is warm and inviting with walls covered in photos, dark wood and a full bar. The servers have been there for years and know what they are doing and still are able to smile while doing it. If anyone needs to book a private event, you should definitely hold it at Gallagher?s.
