I made a reservation a week in advance and called TWICE to confirm (spoke to the same lady each time) and despite all the confirmation, they did not have my reservation and gave me hell about bringing in such a large party at the ""last minute."" Waitress had a serious attitude problem and had the nerve to argue with my bf about the bill and some ADDITIONAL charges in front of my entire party which was at the front of the restaurant. Additionally, birthday cake was served after all but 6 guests had left (was a party of 20). They turned away 2 guests that came late although there was still seating available. To top it off, they included an outrageous service fee on the bill that they know they wouldn't have seen a penny of had I been able to add gratuity myself. A lot of food had not even been touched yet but still, the waitress tried to make us feel guilty for not eating fast enough and wanted to clear the table because the plates would be ""unsightly to other potential patrons of the restaurant."" Absolutely unbelievable experience here. Will never go back (to any of the 3 locations) and will be sure to ward off as many people as possible. Save your money and energy for a place that really cares to have your business!!

Cons: Horrible service, rude staff, automatic gratuity for any # of people, watered down drinks
