Review content:
Very misleading practices. They will charge you for their employees *travel time* from their warehouse. Their packers were at our house for 4.5 hours, yet they tried to charge us for 8 hours. When I asked why, all they would say is ""traffic"". Two issues here: 1. They never told me up front this was their policy and 2. their warehouse is at most a 25 minutes drive from my house. Liars. After some discussion, they offered to take 1 hour off of their bill claiming that it took their drivers 1 hour in each direction. ha! The sad thing is I have used these guys twice before over the years and never had a problem. They must have had a ""management change."" Too bad they won't ever get my business again.
Pros: The laborers are courteous and responsive to your needs
Cons: Management will mislead you on their billing practicces
