I wanted a replacement iPod - nothing fancy. After looking on eBay and Craig's list for weeks, I figured I'd at least try the store at 4509 Sheridan. I was VERY PLEASED! Josh was a great help and quite patient. I finally left with an iPOD and a digital camera, both for less money than private sellers on either eBay or Craig's list. By the way, it's in little strip mall so it has its own parking and it's free! Good deal!
