When my husband damaged his work truck on an icy patch in the woods near our home, we decided to take a vacation. The truck was still drivable, and my husband figured that if he was going to be without it for a week, it might as well be somewhere we could relax and have fun. We live in Connecticut, but wanted to visit the Outer Banks in North Carolina. We looked online and found Raleigh Collision, and they were very nice when we called. Some friends of ours in the area had also heard good things, so we decided to use them.
The whole experience was very nice. We drive down from Connecticut, and Raleigh Collision rented us a car for our vacation. When we returned a week later, the truck looked better than it did when it was new! Not only was the body work done well, but they put on a shiny outer coat and a small, tasteful pinstripe. This is my husband's business truck, so it really means a lot that Raleigh Collision made it look so terrific. It still looks so good people can't believe it's seven years old.
My husband and I felt that Raleigh Collision really cared about doing a good job for us. They were really great throughout the whole process, and we didn't have to worry at all. Though we live several states away, we would absolutely use them again were a similar situation to arise. When we left Raleigh Collision, we felt we had made new friends.
