I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with my buying experience through Showcase Honda. They were tripping over themselves to provide the best possible service from the minute I contacted them online to the moment I drove out of their lot with my new 2013 Honda CR-V.
I was very apprehensive about working with a car dealership because I am a woman and know nothing about cars (when it comes to under the hood stuff). I was paired with Brandy, who couldn't have been more straightforward, honest and easy to work with.
I was also pleased with the finance team. I have had other experiences where they try to sell you things you don't want/need or they try to "slip in" costs and hope you won't notice. No shenanigans at this dealership. Very honest and clearly wanted to make sure I was happy with not only my purchase but also the buying experience.
Sorry if I sound overzealous in my review, but I'm just so pleased that no one tried to mess with me and just sold me a car at a fair price. It's the little things. :)
