Review content:
We bought our outdoor furniture from Palm casual 8 years ago. This last week we broke the frame on a 3 sectional sofa really bad. As we live outside of the United States, I called this morning to get spare pipe and fittings to repair the unit. The salesperson took the information, promised the goods would be shipped within 24 hours, and informed me that there was no charge, not even for the shipping, as the goods are covered under a lifetime warranty. That is excellent service.
