Review content:
The worst property management company I have ever experienced! Do NOT rent or allow this company to manage your properties. They have horrible customer service and could care less about what happens to your property. Their emergency line is useless. No one answers or even calls you back. Bailey Property Management is a good way to ruin your rental property. If thats what you are looking for then you've found the perfect company. If you rent from them then don't expect to get anything fixed without having to call multiple times for it and waiting a month or so. If the house floods you may as well put on your swimsuit for a few days because they won't be coming to fix it anytime soon.
