To Yvonne, they did change the solution temporarily, and because fo the negative feedback it was changed back. The cancellation is NOT difficult, they give you until the last day of the month to cancel. There is no contract all you have to agree to is 1 draft, which all new members must SIGN and agree to. It literally could not be any simpler.
