My family HAD been going to this office for 10 years. Over the last 3 years, they've gone from a great, personable, family practice to the MADHOUSE you see today. Almost overnight the wait went from 10-15 minutes to a MINIMUM of 1 hour but your co-pay is collected less than 5min after your arrival!
Dr Smith (babies only) and Blake (seniors only) pick a choose who to see and the rest are pawned off to the interns. Though we have recently moved we are STILL fighting with this office to get OUR medical records. They expect you to pay $5 PER PAGE for the copies. WTF?!? We are in the process of putting together a law suit. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Instead drive the extra few minutes and go to Tyrone or up to Camp Creek.
