My sister and her son were hit by a truck back in 2011. They both died in the accident. The truck driver was at fault and had alcohol in his system. The were hit on I-90 west near Amherst. The insurance company for the truck driver was not very helpful. They didnt understand how traumatic this was for our family. My sister left behind a husband and a daughter. We felt it wasnt fair for the surviving daughter to live her life without her mom and brother.
We searched for a few local attorneys in Cleveland. We called one that we found that advertised on TV, but he was a clown. Wanted us to go meet him at his big mansion on the east side. Total jerk.
We found Dan and Tom Ryan in Cleveland. They totally understood what we were going through. They got on the ball right away and were able to fight for our family. They dealt with the trucker's insurance company and got out case resolved. Nothing could replace my sister and her son, but we shouldnt have to deal with it every day and have to fight with insurance companies explaining our loss. It helped with the stress getting someone involved that knew what they were doing.
I want to thank the lawyers for what they did. They suggested an online review could help them, so I decided to post this. I hope it helps. I really cant say anything more than these attorneys were real people and worked hard for us. Cant ask for much more. Thanks again.
