Businiess name:  Sparks Computerized Car Care

Review content:
Take your car to Sparks! My car has been broken for 5 months, and my dad's been trying to make me fix it (he's the do-it-yourself type). Once we established that I couldn't fix the problem, he called around Muncie to find an autoshop that would treat a college girl fairly, and not try and jip me. We heard from a few sources that Sparks was the way to go.... and I am so glad we did! They were extremely fast (1 day!), very reasonably priced (even on a college budget), and the mechanics really knew what they were talking about. After talking to a few other auto shops in Muncie, I was scared to take my car in -- the mechanics only knew ""the starter"" and not the several parts and wires that comprise it... so basically they knew more than most people, but not nearly enough to be proper mechanics. There is no way they could have fixed my car's problem without charging me for every part in the starting system, and the labor. The men at Sparks isolated the problem and only fixed it -- rather than the entire system. Even my dad, who has never paid anyone to do a service to his car, house, yard... but does it all himself... was extremely pleased with their customer service and expertise. Pros: Knowledgable, parking, speediness, location, work-with-you attitude, customer service. A great place to go if you're a girl afraid of being jipped. Cons: Somewhat grungy (like an autoshop should be)
