Mike at American Appliance Repair and Refrigeration Co. did a great job. Professional, prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Usually a breakdown of our washer or dryer has meant being without it for several days with a huge pile up of laundry. I called AAR&RC on a Friday evening and he was there Saturday morning 9:30 am; obtained parts needed after within one hour of discovering the problem and had the dryer fixed and back in place by 12 noon. He even made sure the floor areas where cleaned where he pulled access to the dryer. AAR&RC was recommended by the Certified GE Repair Technician search on the internet. We had not used them before. They are in our personal contact list now and we will definitely use them again. As a people who operate both a Manufacturer?s Rep Agence, as well as Fine and Graphic Art business out of our home, disruption of home routines means a backup of work related responsibilities. The last time our dryer broke down, we had to bring wet laundry to be dried at the Laundromat for a week, waiting several days for service, several days for parts and several days for service again. I make it a habit tip for repair service. AAR&RC?s professionalism warranted a generous tip and an Internet recommendation.
