My daughter and I wanted a three month rental on Collins ave and we used Nick from Renters Paradise. He was the best. We paid $850.00 per month for three months with no security deposit and get this it included the ac, electric and a kitchen dead smack on the ocean. I could walk down just a few steps to the beach.
