Really disappointed with service received over the weekend.
Found a place that was disgusting and with a list of repairs. i were told everything on the list provided would be fixed and the unit was being cleaned. The Unit looked to have good bones so with a bit of care everything is fixable.
we asked all the normal questions about noise, pest and so on and was told the apartment had solid walls with no noise and never had roaches. Everything was perfect and they were soooo busy that the unit was going to go fast! - so they said
Friday were told they had to rush but everything was fixed so we came in on Saturday to close the deal.
to make a long story short 5days later and still the A/C does not work, the noise from the stepping upstarts is horrible and the place is full of roaches and spiders. Needless to say it has been a nightmare to get any help. they take your money and run! do NOT give them any more business.
all they have is overpriced crappy places that they promise to clean up and fix and never do.
