I love this particular branch of Williams Sonoma. The employees I have had contact with have always been professional and knowledgable about the products. (Or, if something isn't their particular area of experitise, such as selecting a knife, they will find another associate who can help.)
The only shortcoming of this store is the parking. There simply isn't enough parking in the front, since it is located in a large and quite popular plaza. There is ample parking off in a back lot, but if you have small children in tow, or are making a particularly heavy purchase it won't work.
