I am writing because all too often we write to complain and not to applaud someone?s high level of customer service. In particular, I am speaking about one of your fantastic employees, Matt. I have been working with Matt for a few weeks now and he is patient, kind and thoughtful. He is very perceptive to stressful situations, and tried to understand what we were going through. We had quite an ordeal a week ago, when our closing date on our new home was delayed. I had scheduled your movers to come, and had to cancel last minute, Matt called to follow up to make sure everything was ok. I assured him after our conversation that we would definitely come back to Key Moving when we closed on our new home.
