Review content:
I had to move from a 1 bed room apartment in NYC to Texas. This was my first out of state move and I had many questions/concerns.
Susan Braunshteyn with Key moving, answered all my questions/concerns promptly and accurately. She was a pleasure to work with and always attentive to my needs.
She helped out with some scheduling issues at the start. Once the time was set and contract was signed everything flowed smoothly. 2 movers came on the day of my move promptly and packed everything up securely. They were very professional and finished loading the truck in 2 hrs straight.
After 8 days, I called Susan notifying that I am ready to accept delivery of my Items in Texas. she made arrangements with the dispatcher and put me in touch with the driver.
The Driver ""ODED"" was courteous and gave me frequent updates to let me know where he was.
He came in at the promised time on the day of the delivery. He unloaded everything carefully, assembled some furniture that needed assembling and was on his way to the next destination .
Overall for a first timer, I am very happy and impressed with service provided by Key moving.
