Review content:
This is the worst company ever!! I had the most important interview that I had to be to today and thanks to this companies stupidity I lost this chance. I called three hours in advance to schedule a pick up for my interview at 1pm, they said no problem! We will pick you up at 12:20pm?. 12:30 rolls around and no car. So I call and ask what?s going on??? And they say ?oh?! ?We will have a car there in ten min.? I say well you better hurry it up because I have an interview at 1pm! Twenty min later a car finally shows up, they ask for the address and I give it to them?. Well this guy didn?t have a freaking clue as to where this place was! And it was only two miles away! And apparently they don?t use gps in their cars? so after driving in random directions with 4 min left before I?m too late for my interview I tell the guy I?m not paying for this, because there is no way I?m going to make it on time now, so then he calls in and the manager over the radio says something I will never forget? Are you ready for this? He said ?It?s not our problem!? Really? Not your problem?? You have been in this area since 1993 and claim to be experts in this area but yet can?t find a simple address??? And yet I have only lived here for 3 weeks and ended up walking and found the place with no help or problems! Some experts. They don?t care, they have no clue as to what the hell they are doing and could care less about you the customer as you can see. Now is this the kind of service or company that you want to depend on? I sure hope not. Oh! And they actually expected me to pay them after this crap! Can you believe that? I gave the driver a piece of my mind and got the hell out of the car. No way am I paying for amateur crap. Also the operator did nothing but mumble when I tried talking to them; apparently it?s too much to ask for semi decent phone skills.
