Review content:
Had Seth do real estate inspection then later clean my chimney and install caps. He gave great no nonsense information but without freaking out on every little thing in my old house! Prices are good, but I would have paid more because he didn't try to talk me into a bunch of unnecessary work that other chimney company had tried to talk me into that was going to cost a fortune. I have had no problems and have found out that many of my so called ""problems"" are fairly normal for my older home and don't need to be ""fixed"" and made perfect! He advised on safety and how to make a fire properly. Knows his business! I would hire him again anytime!
