Funny, slightly embarrassing story. I had an external USB drive that broke on day and I couldn't read anything on it. I had important stuff on it, so I went to see a data recovery company to help me get the data back. I explained what happened to Secure Data Recovery Services of Sacramento, who took a look at the drive and told me they would get to work on it. I just left the parking lot, and already got a call. The representative told me that my particular USB drive usually comes with backup software that automatically syncs every time I connect it to a computer and told me to check when I get back whether I had everything I needed already. Well, surprise surprise! It was all there on my computer already! Secure Data Recovery Services of Sacramento didn't charge me a penny for my silly mistake. I decided to leave a review anyway because it just goes to show that they won't take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Thank you Secure Data Recovery Services of Sacramento!
