Review content:
WE had our daughters wedding here in August, they asuured us parking for our guests would be free and that they had plenty of parking in their lot. Well there was a comic book convention across the street ( the costumed characters roaming the hotel was also a freak show). anyway our guests had no place to park. Management apologized several days later and offered us 4 free brunch coupons, the price of the wedding about 20,000.00 and our guests being very upset and thats the best they could do. They also promised us a safety deposit box for the wedding gifts on site and then told us that day they were all used and we had to go across the street to Doubletree. VERY Unprofessional.
