Review content:
I have done business with 3 other companies in the last 25 years. The big difference for me is that this company does exactly what they promise and they do not mess up my billing, my lawn, my container, and they are truly neighborly and reliable!
The other companies, both big and small, have either :
knocked over my garbage and not cleaned it up....
Done incorrect billing and taken a long time and many calls to correct.....
Emptied can but left garbage all over the place.......
Been unreliable in pick up times.......
Destroyed the wheels on my can from their automatic machine and lack of personal concern for property of others.......
Smashed my mailbox and denied it.....
I like that if I have a question , I can call and talk to the owner / operator.
I have no personal friendship with the owner, but she has always been professional while also being neighborly.
If you go elsewhere because of price, please recall my list of concerns above: I am almost sure one of the problems I listed will happen with another provider, given enough time!
The big guys may match the price now, but I guarantee that they will change the rate on you down the line.
