Review content:
I was immediately greeted by TWO employees. I told them the tip of my power cord had fallen into my iBook's receptacle. Tweedle Dee tells me, ""you need to change the ***port. That'll be $280 plus tax"". I ask her, ""Really?? Can't I just see if another power cord would work?"" Tweedle Dum says, ""Yes, you can buy one."" Me: ""REALLY? I have to BUY a power cord just to see if it will work? I was hoping to just plug it in and transfer the data either to a flash drive, or if I can decide on a new computer, just transfer the data onto that"". It was only after I divulged that I'm looking for a new computer that I was directed to a table, where several power cords were available- and voila- the laptop starts charging, no $280 fix necessary. I had bought my boyfriend's Macbook Air here, but found myself deeply regretting not getting it vastly cheaper at MacMall or MacConnection.
