Review content:
We were called and told someone would be at our home within a half hour. And hour and ten minutes later I called to find out why nobody had come yet and was informed that unfortunately the plumber had been re-routed to an emergency call. Nobody called to let us know this and we sat around waiting. For a company that makes a big to do about saving you time and being on time for appts, this was really disappointing.
