Several months ago I discovered Kimberly Waters and her Arizona Wig Boutique when I was absolutely distraught over my hair situation. I had been getting semi-perm. hair pieces for a couple of years but had become really disappointed with that option for many reasons including convenience, cost and service. I felt really stuck, as if I had no options.
Pros: Absolutely best overall package!
