New to the area, I didn't know that pet owners aren't allowed in the lab area, so I headed back to check on my dogs. I then witnessed two lab technicians pinning one of dogs down on the floor, yelling at him, and smacking him very hard. When I complained about this UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR, the office manager denied it ever happened - she claimed she asked the vet on duty if anyone struck a dog, and of course the answer was ""no"".
