This place is shady! They offered a groupon to get you in the door and then don't honor it.
I waited months to get an appointment scheduled for this, had it for a month, show up today, they collect my personal and medical info, usher me into a room and tell me that "80% of their patients are having laser burns, so they stopped the laser". They did not call me to tell me not to come to the appointment. This office is moving to Tampa - so beware people of Tampa. This place is a scam and smells like rotten fish. Do not subject yourself - they will jerk you around like me.
