We just dropped off our car at Autobody Specialists to get it detailed and sell it. We told them what we needed, they did all that, and we picked up the car in a couple days. They did a good job, especially since we had only talked over the phone. I felt that they did a good job communicating, even though I didn't get to sit and talk with them.
