I took in a dress for dry cleaning and brought it home with all my other clothes that had been dry cleaned. I checked out the dress and the stain was as bold as ever. I went in an asked for my money back and the girl told me I can try to clean it again. No, I just wanted my money back. She told me that her boss was out of town and that he is the only one who can do that. So I left. No note on the dress stating the fact that the stain was still there and there would be no charge. I will now have to take time out of my schedule and go back in and try to get my money back. She even lied and said it was her boss who cleaned the dress then said she made the mistake after she said he had been gone since the last week. NEVER going back!! This is the 2 time my clothes have not been cleaned and have been charged.
