My husband actually started a conversation with a salesman on-line. I was not looking forward to the sales haggling and numerous phone calls that I know are involved in a vehicle purchase. But what I didn't expect was an easy and quick phone conversation with Ryan. He was honest with all of my questions. And I was ready to drive to Council Bluffs to look at the car I wanted even though I was told that my particular car in mind was not there I could still see what it will look like and drive like. Ryan was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. And he knew exactly what I wanted. They went all the way to Kansas to get my car. And yes it was exactly what I had invisioned it would look like and more. I was overjoyed with tears. The color is beautiful. It drives like a dream. Ryan when I come back I'm asking for you. Thank-You.
