Went in to find simple wedding dress got pressured into buying expensive gown, gown had lipstick stains on collar and inside bust, they told me they removed them but when i got the dress home for fitting it was still there. They had bagged my dress up in a trash bag quality bag because they charge an extra 15.00 for a better quality bag. In my opinion if you spend a lot of money on a gown you should get a decent bag to bring in home in. They have a All sales are final policy, no returns no exchanges, or refunds. If you cancel an order it the money is forfieted. All this is in very fine print on bottom of your reciept. They are very expensive and I would not recommend them to anyone.
