Review content:
We took our diabetic cat to the the AERC when she had severely elevated glucose levels. We were given an estimate of a 3 to 5 day treatment that would cost between $3373 and $4273 and told that we would be contacted if it looked like they would go over the estimate. After 5 days they called and told us that our bill was over $5500. They apologized and said we must have slipped through the cracks. When we visited our cat she was matted and soaked in urine. The doctors we dealt with (Dr. Stortz and Dr. Ghantous) were helpful and competent, but this place seems extremely disorganized, and some of the support staff are unfriendly and borderline rude.
