I have a friend who used you to take care of a loved one.. YOU HELD THEIR DEPARTED UNTIL THEY COULD PAY??? I realize you are in the business to make money,and that you do it off of severely emotional people. You come in at a time of grief,WITH ALL THE FINESSE OF A JACKBOOTED STORM TROUPER. Once again I know you are in it to make a profit off the dead. I understand capitalism..Yet you cannot even fake compassion? Act like you actually give a dam?I am going to make it my mission to blog,Facebook and tweet about how cold,callous and uncaring you really are.Maybe we can even put you out of business. I hope so.
